The changes to the DNS can take up to 48 hours or more to be fully propagated. If you have just transferred the domain, the time depends on the old Provider settings. It is possible that someone already display your site on the new server while others, with different connections, still display the site on the old Provider.
The Authorization Code (auth-code) is requested by the Registration Authority in different domains, and it is essential to transfer the domain from another Registrar. The auth-code must be communicated to the assignee by the registrar that manages the domain.
Many extensions can be registered freely, but each Registration Authority may impose own rules and special requirements in order to access the domain registration.

A - There must be the disclosures about use of personal data, which must contain a variety of information such as an indication of the owner, the purposes and procedures of data processing, the mandatory or optional nature of providing data and the consequences of refusal, the scope of communication and dissemination of the data, the user's rights.

B - Persons registered for VAT must state the number on the home page (Article 2 of Presidential Decree No. 404 - October 5, 2001).

C - Corporations must indicate into the website a variety of information such as the registered office, the office of the Register of Companies at which the company is registered and the registration number, the registered capital specified according to the actual amount deposited and as specified in the last financial statement, the possible state of liquidation of the company, in the case of S.p.A. or S.r.l. if the company has only one partner (art. 42 of Law no. 88/2009).
A standard mailbox can hold messages for up to 200 Mb. There are no limitations on the number of messages while the weight limit for each message is 30 MB. The standard settings can be changed if necessary, to request changes please send an email to info@immagica.it.

To use the SMTP server of an Internet access provider, enter the data communicated by the supplier. This is the recommended mode.

The Immagica’s server allows the sending of 100 messages/day for each mailbox, after which the sending is blocked.
On our mail server, there is software for the control of viruses and spam. The virus checking cannot be disabled for security reasons. The spam control is enabled by default but can be disabled on single mailbox or on the entire domain.
Spam filters are configured with mean values and apply to all users, so as to reject the majority of spam without rejecting valid messages. Each user, logging into the Webmail, can set custom rules that act only on their own mailbox.
For sending a large number of advertising materials you need to use professional services, which apply all necessary measures to ensure delivery. Mailings made through a mail client have very high probability of being considered spam and therefore not to be delivered to users. It also runs the risk of being blacklisted and therefore find it difficult in normal use of the email.
The certified electronic mail (PEC) is the system that allows you to send e-mail with registered value, equivalent to a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, as stipulated by law (Presidential Decree 68 of February 11, 2005). The PEC addresses are provided by a limited number of authorized operators, if you have the need to activate a PEC mailbox sent an email to info@immagica.it for to know the procedures to follow.
The SSL certificate is a cryptographic protocol that is designed to ensure the security of online communications. When a browser contacts a web site where it's installed, the SSL certificate enables an encrypted connection, that provides a series of encrypted data that provide security to the site itself and to the ongoing communication between the browser and the site.
Some browsers, such as Chrome since version 56, chose to classify as unsafe sites with pages that collect passwords or credit cards via http protocol. It is foreseeable that other browsers will follow the same direction. The sites that collect data via https protocol using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer), however, are automatically labeled as safe.
In the site's management panel you can see the specific instructions for each page or section. In most cases the images must be in JPEG or PNG format (.jpg - .png), saved in high quality (60), RGB color with a resolution of 72 DPI. When is specified a fixed size, you need to upload images of that size to avoid visual distortions. It is important to always upload images reduced to the size necessary and with web resolution (72 dpi). Images taken with a digital camera or smartphone should not be uploaded directly because, being too heavy, can slow pages loading.

The images to be used for printing jobs should be provided in JPEG or TIFF formats. The recommended resolution for printing in small size is between 250 and 300 dpi. Excluding special cases, a higher resolution will only lengthen the time required for printing. The large format printing is used for the production of posters or other materials of large or very large dimensions, which are always observed at a certain distance. For a good final quality, the print resolution is between 100 and 150 dpi.
For logos and icons, it is always better to send files in vector format, AI or EPS. To ensure that the fonts used in the file are not changed in the transfer to another computer, you should convert all fonts to curves. In this way, they become graphic signs, and there will be no problems. If there are no files in vector format, our staff will can take care of vectorization of logos or icons, with modality and costs to be agreed.
We will provide PDF files in proper resolution to the type of project, with the required characteristics and including the abundance, crop marks and registration marks. The standard resolution of 300 DPI it is not always to be considered as the resolution suitable for printing, but can be increased or decreased according to the needs of the project. In the case of the print of five or six colors, we will keep all in full color, while the fifth and sixth color will be managed as a Pantone color.
